While this is apparently a simple procedure, in reality it is necessary to have one
precise knowledge of the anatomy of the oral cavity, integrated with a deep knowledge of the product categories of the various types of implants on the market in order to choose the most suitable one for the individual rehabilitation.

When the crown is inserted it can be cemented or screwed.

In reality, all implants today are made of titanium, as it is inert material from a biological point of view, sterilized and therefore on their surface there are no protein agents that can determine the immune response of the host.

So why are some implants expelled? Some implants are expelled because osseointegration does not take place, which can happen for various reasons, for example due to a difficulty in creating primary stabilization due to the morphology and characteristics of the bone, or because bacterial contamination of the implant site occurs ( let's not forget that we work in a field where saliva is present) or for various other reasons.
